Swappa staff does seem responsive and they are overseeing most transactions it seems - if you look at the comments, there's always a staff member asking to post a photo with the seller code for the item etc anyway, i'd recommend buying from Swappa and if you don't want to gamble, pay a little extra to get it from one of its well rated sellers
